Yes. If we do not have a full time technician near your office, we have a large network of "smart hands" that can be dispatched to your location. We have not come across a situation yet where we haven't been able to dispatch someone relatively quickly to an office location or home office when needed.
Absolutely, we can even provision new laptops and ship them to remote employees if needed.
We specialize in Cyber Security solutions. We partner with a SOC (Security Operations Center) that provides 24/7 live monitoring and remediation.
We do offer emergency support. Simply call our main number and leave a message with our support mailbox. A technician will be paged. After hours rates will apply.
